In the specialty and custom line, Maple Tree produces engineering specified soft-lines products utilizing engineering grade fabrics, foams and materials including polyesters, webbings, etc… for the supply of sewn components and products.
- One range of products requires particular attention on outdoor, all-weather materials with high performance for strength, water permeability and other properties to ensure safety in all environment usage.
- Another range of products is used in the health care industries and requires latex-free components as well as manufacture within our CER (Controlled Environment Room).
Most products are required to meet exacting dimensional requirements for interconnection with metal parts during product usage.
